What is 7k Metals?

7k Metals Review Website

7k Metals is a Multi-Level-Marketing company co-founded by Roger Ball, Zach Davis, Richard Hanses, and Josh Anderson.

The company was founded in Idaho in 2016 that offers memberships and access to precious metals such as gold, silver, and bronze.

7k Metals believes that it can help other people or members achieve financial bliss by investing their money in precious metals.

They also brag that they offer the most affordable precious metals in the market, so people who want to invest in these metals should join their company.

However, the price of each metal is pretty expensive, and it would be hard to sell on the market, but that depends on how good you are at selling.

If you are good at convincing people to buy or join, then there is an opportunity for you to earn money.

But because of their MLM structure, lots of people are questioning; Is 7k Metals a pyramid scheme or a scam? Let’s focus on that in the next parts of this 7k Metals MLM review…

Is 7k Metals a Pyramid Scheme?

The 7k Metals is not a pyramid scheme per se. You can buy and sell genuine products. Therefore, 7k Metals is a legit service. You can earn money legitimately without getting caught up in a pyramid scheme.

But why do some people still doubt this? Well, let’s first answer what a pyramid scheme is…

What Is a Pyramid Scheme?

According to Wikipedia, “A pyramid scheme is a business model that recruits members by promising payments or services in exchange for enrolling new members into the scheme, rather than providing investments or product sales”.

You can check out a short video below to learn more…

So why do so lots of people assume that 7k Metals is a pyramid scheme?

It’s because you can make cash by hiring a lot of individuals right into the multi-level advertising and marketing plan.

That’s the most significant reason some individuals call it a pyramid scheme in disguise …

Is 7k Metalsa Pyramid Scheme in Disguise?

As I said in my review so far, 7k Metals is not a scam pyramid scheme. They promise you commissions based on the sales made by you and others you register.

And since there are no straight repayments just for getting them to sign up, there is no shady activity. That said, 7k Metals, once more, is not a pyramid scheme.

To put it simply, the company sells real items for people to consume.

How Does 7k Metals MLM Work?

Like other Multi-Level Marketing with 7k Metals, you can sell their precious metals to other people who are interested in buying and earning money.

You can also earn money by recruiting other people to join the business.

7k Metals MLM Pyramid Scheme

Can you see why 7k Metals has been associated with a pyramid scheme?

7k Metals makes the majority of its money by having its experts offer their products straight to their family and friends.

According to lots of reviews online, 7k Metals MLM products are real, needed, and useful.

So it is a good thing to know that 7k Metals products are legit and recommended. But that might be only an endorsement.

See, there are a lot of complaints about their program and products as you’re about to see in the next sections of my 7k Metals MLM review.

The bottom line is that you can recruit new specialists to work under you and earn much more based on the sales they make.

What Products Do 7k Metals Sell?

Before you join an MLM company, you need to know more about their products. 7k Metals sells gold, silver, and other precious metals on the website.

7k Metals Gold and Silver Products

If you go to the 7k Metals website, you can see there that they got a lot of products for you to offer, and each product has a different price ranging from $60 up to $59,332.35.

As you can see, these precious metals are not that cheap, the cheapest one is the none precious metal that costs $15, and that is a plastic Slab Holder Box.

Their best-sellers are the expensive one that is impossible for you to afford because it is very expensive.

Let me remind you that 7k Metals is not the only company that sells precious metals, as other companies offer a similar range of metals.

It’s so funny because I don’t see any point in them doing it.

If their main point is to sell or help people invest in gold and silver, they must stick with it and its revenue no need to switch to other fields.

Hence, this is the main reason why people say that 7k Metals is a pyramid scheme. Let’s keep this 7k Metals MLM review in motion to learn more…

How To Make Money With 7k Metals?

There are 2 ways for you to make money with 7k Metals:

  • Sell 7k’s precious metals
  • Recruit other people to join the company and earn commissions from their sales.

Members don’t get paid directly for recruiting but instead receive bonuses from their sales and recruited members.

This is common for MLMs, and it’s the main reason they’re still operating.

7K Metals Compensation Plan

Here’s the breakdown of the compensation plan for 7K Metals in my review:

Here, you would need 2 personal partners, one on your left and one on your right.

There’s a requirement that you need to become an associate, which is to earn 500 points on your left and right.

That is the volume of points that your partners need to earn.

To become a premium member, you need to earn 150 points, which means you need to get at least 8 people per week.

It may sound small, but inviting people to join is hard, and not all of them are interested, especially when it comes to MLM.

There are a lot of ways to invite people, and that depends on how you do it.

In the 2nd week, you need to have at least 14 people to become a Copper.

The earning potential in this position is $1,000, so by the end of the 2nd week, you should earn $1,500.

Let us say that at least 2 of your members are already associates, so they have at least 4 people on the right and 4 people on the left.

So do you think you can achieve it within 14 days?

In the Bronze level, you need at least 28 partners to get in, and 2 of your members would have to reach the Copper level.

In this position, you need a total of 48 partners which means that you need to get 24 people on your right and left sides.

On top of it, at least two people have reached the previous level, the Bronze.

In this position, you should earn $7,000.

  • 1st week – $500
  • 2nd week – $1,000
  • 3rd week – $2,000
  • 4th week – $3,500

These are the numbers they want you to see.

You must have 8 personal teammates on your left and right sides on this level.

Each side must recruit 47 people, that is 94 in total.

The earning potential for this week is $7,000.

Executive Gold

You need 10 personal partners on your left and your right on this level.

Each side needs to have 64 people, which is 134 people.

The earning potential on this level is $10,000 in addition to the $14,000 made in previous weeks.

Presidential Gold

On this last level, you need to have 14 personal partners on each side, 28.

These 28 partners have to recruit an additional 168 people to earn $12,500.

So in 7 weeks, it is possible to earn $36,500

Let’s not forget that there are specific requirements.

To maintain the membership, one must generate at least 15 points every 6 days. Otherwise, you are not an active member.

Is this a business model that you wanted? Well, I know for sure that wouldn’t.

You see, MLM business like 7k Metals closely resembles a pyramid scheme. It’s not, but it sure does look like one based on their compensation plan.

Can You Make Money With 7k Metals?

Yes, you can make money with 7K Metals? Each 7k Metals item you market will be paid out according to a limited compensation system.

In order to get a payout, you must make 500 points. You earn 20 points for every sale you make.

With this compensation plan, it is understandable why extremely few or no people achieve success with MLM.

I might not discover any info on how much participants of this MLM make, because the firm, hasn’t yet revealed that. I believe the reason is that very few individuals make money with 7K Metals MLM.

That said, I’m sure you’ve seen videos like the one below…

To be honest, I’m a bit sceptical about it all. You know the old adage, if it sounds too good to be true, it is…

7k Metals MLM Review – Pros

7k Metals Offers  Precious Metals

The thing I like about 7k Metals is that they provide a variety of precious metals like gold, silver, bronze, copper, and also even platinum.

They also come in different types consisting of coins as well as bars. You may wish to check out 7k Metals if you are a passionate silver or gold financier.

Investing In 7k Metals is a Smart Choice

Today, paper money is “fiat money”. If you comprehend this, you will see that Gold and Silver are a few of the best possession classes for shielding your money versus inflation and the crazy system.

7k Metals MLM Review – Cons

Limited Selection of Precious Metals

On the 7k Metals website, you might think that they got a lot of products available, but the truth is there are only a few.

They mainly sell Numismatic Coins and Bullions, yet there are very few of these items up online.

It would be hard for you to attract customers and get leads because of the limited options.

The baseline you are selling precious metal, nothing to be special in this, they don’t have many designed products, mostly you will see are coins and blocks.

Not just that, you have a limited group of customers interested in buying this type of metal from you.

7k Metals Products are Exclusive to Members

You can only buy precious metals from this company if you are a member.

It means that you need to pay $500 or $1,000 for the membership before you can buy anything from them.

However, you need to be invited by a member to join the 7k Metals company. In short, not anyone can join in.

Forced Autoship 7k Metals Program

AutoSaver Program is optional. Members and associates would likely try to join just because they can get points out of it.

If you have 2 recruited members, this will help you stay active and go through your minimum commission.

However, they force you to buy monthly products to get commissions by sighing people up.

And that is the sad reality.

No Income Disclosure Statement

On the 7k Metals website, you will notice that there is No Income Disclosure Statement, so how can we tell that the members are earning on this website.

Does this mean that they are either hiding whether their members are earning enough or a company that doesn’t know how to follow the rules?

7k Metals Subscription is Expensive

As you can see, you have to pay $249 yearly for the membership plus another $249 for the travel card, which is not right.

Not just that, for the Premium membership, you have to pay $499 and another $499 for the travel card.

As you can see, it doesn’t make any sense, and I would rather buy precious metals from an independent distributor.

By the way, here is another super-helpful 7k Metals MLM review…

Is 7k Metals A Scam?

No 7k Metals is not a Scam in my review. They are a legit company, and they have products for you to offer to earn money.

However, even though they are legit, I still don’t recommend 7k Metals to you. As you can see, joining this company is expensive, especially for beginners.

Not just that, most of the products are expensive, especially the best sellers. So, it will be hard for you to sell them and make some money.

They also have strict membership agreements that would make it hard for you to recruit people, even those close to you.

Also, it doesn’t have any income disclosure to see if anybody made any money in this company.

That is why I don’t see any reason to join this company unless you want to recruit people to earn points and use travel ticket bonuses to make extra income for the owners, which has nothing to do with Gold and Silver.

The products that are involved in the MLM system it doesn’t make sense.

But the bottom line is that 7k Metals is not a scam. It’s legit MLM.

Alternative: On the other hand, if you’re looking for the best business model to earn passive income online as a beginner, there are other, more suitable, and cost-effective alternatives.

My top-rated course has helped me to go from earning $0 to $100’s per day!

What I Like About 7k Metals

  • Large Variety of Products
  • There is a possibility for you to earn in this company

What I don’t Like About 7k Metals

  • Most of the products are expensive and hard to sell
  • No income disclosure
  • Expensive subscription
  • Forced Autoship Proram
  • Limited Products

7k Metals MLM Review – Conclusion

Now you know that 7K Metals is not a pyramid scheme or a scam. But you also know why I don’t recommend this company to you.

Yes, 7K Metals does offer some products for you to sell, and there is a possibility that you can earn money here.

However, the problem with this company is that it is very expensive. As I said, there is a possibility that you can earn money here, but that will take you a long time.

Selling products and inviting people to join this company is hard, especially on how much it cost and not just that not everyone is interested in buying gold and coins.

They would rather invest their money in a business where they can earn money in a much safer way.

If we plan to build a business, I don’t think this is the right one for you. 7k Metals is not a scam, but I certainly don’t recommend getting involved.

If you want to build a business of your own, where you don’t need to sell any product or refer a friend just to earn money, I recommend you to check my number 1 recommendation below.
