However, it’s vitally important to mention that, first and foremost, most of those claims are overhyped.
It’s true, this plugin could help to automate the content, and I’ll show you how in the next sections of my Social Traffic Machine review.
But there’s another problem.
You see, the days of content automation are slowly gone. Previously, you could use a plugin like this to automate your social media sharing.
But today, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram, as well as YouTube and Google, are putting an end to these tricks.
Humans have created these platforms for humans, which means that all types of automation tools are slowly but safely getting ejected from the use.
In other words, even if you manage to pull this off, you are looking at a penalty somewhere soon. Social media giants are going to ban your account, and you’ll lose your business.
So, does this mean that Social Traffic Machine is a scam? Well, not yet.

To be 100% clear, I’ve never heard of Dan Green until now. I’m reviewing digital products and online marketers for quite some time, and this name just came up.
According to the information available on the net, Dan Green is an online entrepreneur. He seems to be creating these “traffic machines” quite often as well.
In other words, Social Traffic Machine is not Dan’s only software out there.
You might know Dan from products such as:
- VideoMate
- WP SocialMate
- ViralTraffic
Can you notice the similarity just by looking at the names of these products?
See, Dan promotes his creations via WarriorPlus. And this particular marketplace is jam-packed with “gurus” that make living by creating overhyped offers such as one in the review.
In other words, there’s a big chance that Social Traffic Machine is just a rehashed version of those products mentioned earlier.
Speaking of which, let’s see what’s inside Social Traffic Machine to see whether it is a scam or legit.
Social Traffic Machine Features and Benefits
In the previous section of this Social Traffic Machine review, I’ve mentioned that automating your social media is not the best idea.
However, let’s put that on the side for a second, and let’s take a look at some features and benefits of this software that are coming from the author himself.

However, keep in mind what I’ve said earlier in the review. Social Traffic Machine is an overhyped piece of software that promises too much and sounds too good to be true.
You’ll see what I’m talking about in the next section.
How Does Social Traffic Machine Work?
Let’s go over some steps you need to take to put this plugin to action to get that unlimited social media traffic.
- Step #1 – Install & Activate the Plugin
- Step #2 – Enter Content Sources
- Step #3 – Switch Your Campaign On
Step #1 – Install & Activate the Plugin
This step is pretty much self-explanatory. After you purchase the plugin, you’ll get a ZIP file that you need to download to your computer.
Then you have to log in to your WordPress dashboard to install and activate the plugin.
The installation is going to take a few minutes, and as soon as it finished, the plugin settings are going to appear within your WordPress dashboard.
Then, approach the next step.
Step #2 – Enter Content Sources
The next step is where you have to find content sources, these could be other websites or YouTube channels within your niche, and then connect those sources to your RSS feed within the Social Traffic Machine plugin dashboard.
All you have to do is copy and paste the website URL to Social Traffic Machine, and the plugin is going to use this source to extract content from it and post it on your website as your own content.
Keep in mind that this is a highly unethical thing to do.
Moreover, you’ll never be able to rank your site organically in search engines because you’re using other people’s content.
In other words, your site will automatically get a Google penalty for using duplicated content.
The only option for you to get traffic with this plugin is to share it on social media, which leads me to the next step.
Step #3 – Switch Your Campaign On
The last thing you have to do is connect your Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest accounts to Social Traffic Machine and starts sharing stolen content.
The plugin is going to do this on autopilot, so you don’t have to lift a finger.
The above image is an example of a case study they give you on the sales page.
Now, this method might work for some time, but it’s not going to work forever.
At one point, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram are going to detect that you’re using an automation tool to post wild content on their platform, and thus, they are going to ban your accounts.
This means that even if you manage to get some traffic using this method, it’ll eventually fall apart.
To prove a point, try to find the website from the Social Traffic Machine sales page. The site’s URL is gameofthronesblog.co.
And here’s how it looks like TODAY!
As you can see from the screenshot above, the site is down, and a WordPress plugin causes problems.
Then, try to go to your Facebook account and lookup up the Game Of Thrones Rumors fan page.
Have you? Can you see that the fan page is not listed on Facebook anymore? What has happened? Could it be that Facebook has decided to terminate this fan page because they were spamming with content using automation tools?
Well, I’m 100% sure that the reason.
Also, you can run an Instagram check if you want as well. Guess what are you going to find there? Nothing!
In other words, Social Traffic Machine failed, and those results from the sales page are fake.

I don’t like too many things about this plugin. I’ve tried to go back to pull out at least one thing to put in this section of my review, and the money-back guarantee was the only thing that came about.
What I Don’t Like About This Software
On the other hand, I’ve got some severe worries and complaints about Social Traffic Machine.

After seeing these, I’m closer to saying that this is a scam than legitimate, but let’s hold off the verdict for a few seconds more.
Overhyped and Misleading Claims
First of all, as you go through the sales page, you can see promises like

- True “push button “software
- Simple setup. No need to create any apps, or get anything manually approved
- Skyrocket your income, get more commissions and sales.
- 100% set and forget the software.
How many of you guys can smell a scam? I mean, these claims have absolutely no chances in the real world.
As a matter of fact, they proved themselves that Social Traffic Machine is a failure.
The Plugin Steals Content From Other Sites
Secondly, the plugin is designed to steal content from other sites. This is an unethical and certainly not recommended method for getting content for your site.
No one has ever succeeded online by stealing other people’s content.
You have to take care to create your own content consistently to get tons of free traffic from SEO and social media.
There’s no other way around it. Social Traffic MAchine and other tools are just a marketing gimmick designed to make money for creators.
Case Studies Are Fake (Failed)
Thirdly, and I’ve mentioned this one several times so far, those case studies on the sales page are fake. I’ve done some research to back-test those results, and the feedback was negative on all sides.
In other words, Social Traffic Machine does not work as advertised, and it probably never will.
This Will Never Work as Advertised
There’s no way you can achieve success online in terms of traffic generation by stealing content from other people and by spamming social media.
Creators of Social Traffic Machine want you to believe that this is possible. But they just want to make money off you.
You will never hear a legitimate system telling you that you can get traffic with a push of a button.
Only scams like Social Traffic Machine do so.
You’re Going to Get Banned from Social Media
Even if you start using this plugin and follow the directions, you will eventually fail hard.
The reason is that social media platforms are going to mark you as a spammer and ban you from the community.
Period.
The Owner is Using More Fake Claims to Sell Upsells
And lastly, it looks like the creator really wants you to buy this software so he can sell you more and more upsells as you go through the funnel.
This is always a scam sign and a red flag in my book.
So what’s the final verdict? Is Social Traffic Machine legit or a scam?
Is Social Traffic Machine a Scam or Legit?
In my opinion, Social Traffic Machine is a scam software. This is not going to work as they promise on the sales page.
In fact, those results from the sales page are fake and proof that this is nothing more than an overhyped marketing scam.
The creator of Social Traffic Machine literally says that you can get unlimited traffic with a push of a button.
To top it all off, this traffic is 100% automated, which means that you don’t have to do any work on your part but the money will roll in.
Impossible!
Using a plugin to automatically steal content from other sites and then publish it as your own and share on social media is a one-way road to failure.
Moreover, you won’t achieve anything with this, which is going to cause even more stress and frustration in your business.
In my opinion, Social Traffic Machine was designed to trick newbies into believing that they can get traffic on autopilot without having to do any work.
But the real intention behind this scam is to get you inside the sales funnel.
As you can see, there are four hidden upsells waiting for gullible newbies. This is how the owner makes money – by exploiting your good nature and innocence.
There’s no way I would ever recommend this software. It’s a waste of time and money!

Most people who are advertising these have no idea what they are advertising because they come to this site after watching YouTube videos, just like I did. And get told to promote anything on that platform. I also thought these softwares work up until I came across that program you provided in your link.
It might seem like it will take a lot of time to get traffic the right way but once you start getting traffic it will be genuine and you won’t risk getting banned or penalized in the long run.

I think you and me are of the same ilk and I typically squirm and automatically think scam whenever I hear the word “Automated”.
You are indeed correct when you say that the top social media platforms, and indeed the search engines, are becoming wary of anything automated. I love your analogy that “Humans have made these platforms for humans” and that it one of the truest things I have read when it comes to creating an online business.
I’m immediately put off by the various claims that are made about the plug in, plus anything that says it will automatically create content, well let’s just say you know that it’s going unethically rip someone off (I don’t think any of us would like someone else to rip off our content, so why do it to another person?)

But they are legit because they help to do specific tasks faster. However, Social Traffic MAchine does not follow this road. As you can see, the plugin literally STEALS content from other sites and publishes it on yours. That is certainly a one-way ticket to failure.

As you rightly said, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest will definitely ban any account using stolen content. I’ve spent the past year growing my Pinterest account and now have nearly 3,000 followers. It takes time and hard work to create a following on social media. I sincerely hope no one falls for the false claims made on the sales page otherwise they’ll fail before they’ve got started.
