  1. I think I can manage 3 individual websites usesing A2 hosting.Do you think it would be a good idea? What would be the pros and cons.

    Reply
    • Hey William, I have no doubts that you can manage three websites at once. However, I don’t think that is a good idea, at least until your first website takes off and starts ranking in Google, getting traffic and earning commissions.

The pros would be more revenue opportunities, greater chances of success, and a chance to cover multiple niches at once. On the other hand, the major con is the difficulty associated with building (not managing) three websites at once. This could lead to exhaustion and eventually, failure.

I would recommend spending at least 6-12 months in building one website and then scalling with more. I hope this helps.

  3. Hi Ivan,

Followed you all along on how to purchase and set up my domain with A2 Hosting. After everything is done, I’m stuck with the Admin Log-in because my page won’t load. I have this error that says, “This site can’t be reached.” I contacted Support but they told me, I haven’t purchased my domain yet that’s why it’s not registered. I showed them the receipt of my order but they said it was only for the start-up, not the domain itself. But on your video, you only paid once for that bundle. I’m confused. Did you pay an extra charge or anything for your domain?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

    Reply
    • Hey Hannah, congratulations on setting up your hosting. But from what I understand, you didn’t properly set up the domain and that is why your site is not showing up. In my video, I purchased both domain and hosting at once. Check your receipts one more time and ask the A2 Hosting support for further instructions. My assistance in this area is limited because I don’t work at or own A2 Hosting.

  4. Hi Ivan
I am quite disappointed with the way the way the people at income 365 is operating.
I was prepared to start with the 14 days just to test the system and to see if its worth my time and effort.
I even went as far as to record on my phone the whole presentation and was very excited about this cos it sounds like this is the people that is going to help me make this a success.
then comes the big shock you have to pay more money if you want their full assistance .Needless to say i couldn’t join their elite club.
That what has bring me here to find out if there is a way that i can still make this work.
Ivan my biggest problem is where to get the original traffic without paying too much if free even better before you get their emails.
Can you perhaps assist me with that it will be highly appreciated.
I’m looking forward to hear from you

    • Hey Chris, sorry to hear about your experience with the Income 365 program.

As for getting free traffic, my number one recommendation is SEO. There are specific techniques that I teach in my course that you can leverage to generate 100s and even 1000s free targeted visitors to your website. If you want to learn more, I recommend watching my training and asking questions if you don’t understand anything.

  5. Ivan, I have a website with Amazon and 10 + vendors I can promote. These stores are on several different platforms.
Would it be possible to use my website to post reviews on Google or should I get another website?

    • Hey Bryson, thanks for joining my training. You can use your website to post reviews if you want.

In my opinion, you are covering a lot of niches at once with your current site and that could potentially be an issue. You should focus on one specific niche from your list as per my recommendations in Lesson 2 for the best results in Google. That’s because Google likes specialist sites over general sites that cover multiple topics.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have more questions.

Should I start with Amazon only, or pick one of my many stores. Or should I get another website for just for Amazon.
I’m having trouble building traffic with Facebook and Instagram and dealing with Meta !! Ivan I’m 78 years old and retired just trying to get something going. I like and appreciate your insight. I live in Texas and you can imagine the turmoil online here.I had my website built by Success Pros and hard to get any understanding from them. Your training has helped me understand more about Amazon they didn’t do.

        • Hey Bryson, if that is the case, then I would recommend starting from scratch by following the instructions from my training. Pick one niche from Amazon as per instructions from Lesson 2. Then, follow the rest of the lessons in the course to learn how to build your own Amazon affiliate website and generate free traffic from Google by leveraging product reviews. The instructions are simple and easy to implement so you shouldn’t experience any troubles. Even if you do get some questions, feel free to contact me and I’ll give you a hand!

    • Hey Mawanda, I don’t understand your question about creating a website with a domain. Could you be more specific, please?

Regarding your question about Amazon payment/withdrawal methods. If you want to withdraw payments made through Amazon affiliate, you’ll need to set up your payment method on your Amazon Associates account. Amazon offers various withdrawal methods, including direct deposit to your bank account, Amazon.com gift cards, and checks. You can choose the method that suits you best. I recommend direct deposit as it is most convinient.

You can also join Amazon UK and connect it to your Associates’ account and earn from both affiliate programs. There is a feature called One Link that helps to do so. Read more about One Link here.

    • Hey Carmie, while personal experience is valuable, it’s not always necessary to buy a product in order to review it. If you conduct thorough research and gather information from credible sources (instructions are in Lessons 8, 9 and 10), you can still provide valuable insights and opinions. However, you disclose that your review is based on research rather than personal experience.

  15. Could I use click funnels and click magic to increase the flow of traffic to my web site?

    Reply
    • Hey William, technically, those two are just tools that help to improve traffic conversion from a visitor to a customer. They don’t have any features that help you to generate traffic. Besides, they don’t get along with the Amazon affiliate marketing that I’m teaching here, so it would be a waste of money.

There are only two ways to increase traffic to your site: organic and paid. What I teach with my course is how to get free organic traffic by targeting product review keywords and ranking for those keywords in Google. This is the best way to get free organic traffic to your site. I advise you to visit lessons 8, 9, 10 and 11 and study them and then implement the advice.

    Reply
    • Hey William, the idea behind the 90-day super affiliate challenge is to inspire you to write 90 different product reviews. The goal is to use the information from the course to find 90 products in your niche and write a review for each product. If you can do this, you can expect great results in months after that. And of course, the idea is to keep on publishing reviews even after the 90-day challenge is over.

    • Hey Carmie, there is another expense in Lesson 7, keyword research tool but that’s optional. You can still do well without it. If you decide to take the tool it is going to be $49 a month for the Basic plan.

        • Hey Carmie, Cyber Monday is typically a one-day event that follows the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. It’s known for offering significant discounts and deals on various products and services, including online business courses and resources. While Cyber Monday can provide an opportunity to save money on your desired online business course, it’s important to note that the discounted price may only be available for a limited time.

I understand the importance of finding legitimate opportunities to improve your financial stability. It’s commendable that you’re willing to put in the effort to learn and work hard in a legitimate way. Remember, with determination and persistence, you can achieve your goals.

  18. Hello Ivan! I am very grateful for all of yours training. A real practical information, so thank you very much! I just want to ask if somebody from Westers Balkan countries could be successful with affiliate marketing using for example Amazon? Thanks, and all the best from Serbia

    Reply
    • Hey Lorand, thanks for your kind words! I’m thrilled to hear that the training tips were helpful. My goal is to give you the info you need to crush it in affiliate marketing.

Now, to answer your question about whether someone from Serbia – or the Western Balkan countries, for that matter – can succeed in affiliate marketing with Amazon… Absolutely! Affiliate marketing doesn’t have any geographical restrictions, so anyone can get after it and achieve success. In fact, I’ve met a handful of successful affiliates from Serbia so far.

So no worries, Amazon Associates is a super well-known affiliate program that folks around the world use to earn mad commissions. Basically, you create content (like product reviews or recommendation lists), throw in your unique affiliate links, and get paid when people buy from Amazon through them.

To kick butt at affiliate marketing, you need to know your audience (niche), understand their interests and needs, and in this case it is product reviews, and then craft amazing content that’ll help them solve the problem. And if you can hone in on certain niches or industries, you’re even more likely to get those conversions (hint: Lessons 2 and 7 are really helpful with this!).

Just remember: success with affiliate marketing doesn’t happen overnight, but with time, effort, and a clever strategy, you’ll get there. Trust me. If you’ve got more questions or need some support along the way, don’t be shy. I’m here to help.

  20. Hi Ivan-

I’m in the middle of Lesson 4; I made it to the part about customizing the appearance of my website. However, when I clicked on “Customize,” I get a message that says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” I have not yet received an email about the instructions.

Also, out of curiosity, I clicked on Tools > Site Health. From there, I discovered 2 critical issues:
    (1) “TurboCache is available but not enabled.” – When I click on the “Enable Caching” link, I see a message that says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
    (2) “Caching is disabled.” – Again, the “Enable Caching” link appears, and I get the same aforementioned error message.
There were 7 other recommended improvements listed under this Site Health section as well.

Even though I’m stressed out and frustrated about getting stuck on this step, I am determined not to give up on this. Please help me at your earliest convenience. Thank you kindly!

    • Hey Alicia,

It has been brought to my attention that A2 Hosting was updating the platform and their service today and yesterday, which caused a few small errors. If you are still seeing the critical error message, please, contact A2 Hosting Support and ask them to inspect the issue.

Where exactly did you find this Site Health feature? I searched my cPanel and didn’t find it anywhere.

      (1) Maybe you need to upgrade your hosting package to enable Turbo Cache. I personally don’t use it so I can’t recommend you any course of action.

      (2) If you are experiencing errors, once again, please, contact A2 Hosting support and let them know about it.

Don’t get frustrated. These tech issues are a part of the business. You can’t have a successful online business without experiencing hundreds and even thousands of errors like that every single year. I know because I’m talking from experience.

      Reply
      • Thank you very much for your response, Ivan!

Just to follow up, I took your advice and reached out to A2 Hosting’s support and they fixed the issue. They informed me that the site was trying to consume more PHP memory than allowed in the PHP setting, which caused the error message. So, they resolved this issue by increasing the allowed limit.

As far as the caching goes, I don’t have access to any extra server side caching since I am on the Startup Plan. However, I do have access to some general Page Caching and other options to increase my site’s speed, and they enabled those for me. I thought I’d share this with others who might be experiencing similar issues.

I was able to successfully complete Lesson 5, and on my way to Lesson 6. I’m so excited about this!

To answer your question about the Site Feature, I found it under the “Tools” tab in the left-hand panel…between “Users” and “Settings” in the dashboard.

Thank you again for reminding me about the patience, practice, and perseverance I need to have in order to be successful in this business. I wish I met you years ago on this affiliate marketing journey!

I thoroughly enjoy the way you explain everything in a way that I can easily follow and understand in this training. 1. SEO: No Focus Keyphrase
    2. SEO score – (Red dot) Focus Keyphrase Not Set
    3. Readability Score – Not Available.

What should I do to score in these areas?

Thank you for all your help.
    – Wanjiru

    Reply
    • Hey Wanjru,

      1. Add your focus keyword into the field in the plugin section below your content. Your focus keyword is “product name review” For example, in my video, I review Jura E8 espresso machine. The focus keyword that I want to rank for is “Jura E8 Review”

      2. Once you add your focus keyword, the SEO score will change. If you follow all the instructions from Lesson 12, you should get all green lights. If you still get a few red or yellow lights, make sure to follow plugins clear instructions on what is missing and what you need to do to get green lights.

      3. Readability score should be available as soon as you enter some content in your review.

Make sure to do this optimization once you finish writing your content.

Let me know how it goes.

A piece of aditional advice: Don’t stress over it. YOAST SEO plugin is just a tool that helps tweak your SEO a bit. It is not a critical factor in ranking your reviews in Google. Just make sure that you implement instructions from Lesson 12 and you’ll be fine.

And keep in mind that SEO is ongoing, so don’t stress about mastering everything at once. The most important aspect are your reviews and their qualtiy, so keep on improving! As always, feel free to ask me any specific questions or if you’re lost.

I have a question about 1/. the logging-in process to my website and 2/. about the correct server to select

1/.The usual log-in procedure is to type in the search bar

Why do you encourage logging in with Softaculous through the A2 hosting instead of the above? Is it for better security??

2/. Being located in Australia I have selected Singapore for my server- However, I am mindful of US traffic as well- should I change servers?
    Thank you in advance-

    • Hey Frank,

      1. No particular reason. I guess it’s a matter of habit. I’m sure security-wise it’s the same. You can log into your site any way you like.

      2. You should select the server location closest to your users. Assuming that your site is going to be in English, most of your users will come from the US. For that reason, you should select either Michigan or Arizona. The former might be the best option because A2 Hosting company is located in Michigan.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have more questions.

Have a question, can’t seem to access the very last lesson #14. You stated that this is the most important that will break it or not. So how do I access this very last lesson in the training session. Thanks for all your help.

    • Hey Carmie, for some unknown reason, people have troubles loading the last lesson. Every time I check it on all my devices, it works normaly. What usually does the trick is cleaning your browser’s cache folder and restarting your browser and then playing the video. Try that and let me know if it does the trick.

I have published two reviews and would be grateful if you could have a look and tell me if I’m on the right path. I have struggled with images and I know I’ve not done it right and will have to go through Lesson 12 again.

        • Hey Wanjiru, thanks for sharing.

I just came back from your site. I read both reviews that you have published so far. The first one, HALO BassiNest Review is fantastic. I like every single detail about it. The second one is also good.

However, I can see some room for improvement in the second review, but nothing you didn’t already do in your first review. For example, some of the headings are bolded and others aren’t. You should uniform them all just like in your first review. Furthermore, I like how you added links to outside expert sources in your first review. That is good for the SEO so you can do that in all of your reviews. Also, I would advise that you don’t talk about the price of the product as that is against Amazon affiliate terms.

Other than that, I don’t see any major red flags. Your reviews are easy and interesting to read. Most importantly, they provide helpful and well-researched information, which is the main goal. You have done a very good job so far. Keep it up!

  27. Hi Ivan,
    Thank you for the training!
I am currently going through your free affiliate marketing training and I wanted to ask about some things I am not sure about, I am from the UK and naturally, I use the UK Amazon site, not the US one, does it have to be amazon.com when I am registering for the Amazon affiliate program? I am a little bit confused about this step,
I was trying to register a domain name for A2 Hosting you recommended and I have been stuck with that part for a while, I finally picked a domain name but I am unsure which server location to select! Can you suggest the server location to select?
Your help is greatly appreciated and I hope you would not mind me asking you more questions as I go through the training.

    Kind regards,
    Suraya

    Reply
    • Hey Suraya, you’re welcome!

In your case, I recommend registering for both the Amazon dot com affiliate program and the Amazon UK affiliate program. Then, simply leverage the Amazon One Link feature to make your affiliate links international. That way, if a visitor from the US clicks on your link, he or she will go to the US website, and if a person from the UK clicks on your links, he or she will go to the UK website. You have to join both affiliate programs to earn commissions.

That said, because most of your visitors will be from the US, you should select a server location in the US. Michigan might be the best option for you.

      I hope this helps.
      Cheers,

    • Hey Wanjiru, you can safely update WordPress to the latest version. It is not going to affect your unfinished work. Always update plugins and WordPress whenever you see a notification. If you want to be safe before updating, you can install a backup plugin like All In One WP Migration or Updraft Plus and save your site before allowing any updates.

          • Hello, Ivan: Well, that problem has be resolved. The reason for the “Nothing Found” error was because the post that I was experimenting with while following you was never posted. It was still in draft mode. A2 published the post themselves, and the “nothing showing” error disappeared. If the post still needs to be completed, it can be edited and updated. Thanks for the help.

I have done two reviews and requested permission from the manufacturers to use their images.
One said they are looking into it while the other has not responded. I’m unable to move forward without images.
What’s your and others’ experience concerning images?

    Best regards.

    Reply
    • Hez Wanjiru, it’s fair to ask for images first. But even if you don’t ask the manufacturer, it is still ok to use images of their products. There is something called the Fair Use doctrine. Fair use is a doctrine in United States law that permits limited use of copyrighted material without having to first acquire permission from the copyright holder. You can read more about it on Wikipedia.

That said, if you are going to be using just a few images for the purpose of reviewing a product, you should be fine. I hope this helps.

You can speed things up. go to your cPanel and scroll down until you see the Security field then click on the SSL/TLS Status link. On the next page, tick all the boxes and click on the Run AutoSSL button to start. If this doesn’t work, contact the support and they will assist you.

    • Hey Gregory, no, you don’t need to invest in Yoast SEO Premium. It’s not going to help you to get traffic and sales. It’s just a plugin that indicates how to perform some small SEO tasks, that’s all. Your content and its quality are the #1 SEO factor that you should care about.

I just checked your site, by the way. Good job with your reviews. It is just a matter of time (3-6 months) before Google picks up your site and reviews, rank them and send traffic your way.

May I suggest adding some more “meat” to your reviews? Google and readers love in-depth reviews and if you invest a bit more time into adding more content to your reviews, you will increase your chances of getting top positions in Google.

What should I do when monthly search data for a product is unavailable on KWFinder, yet the keyword difficulty is low?

    My niche is baby products.

    Reply
    • Hey Wanjiru, you’re welcome.

If the search data is unavailable, it is most likely that there isn’t any search volume for that keyword. This could be for a couple of reasons. It could be that the product is still new and it didn’t reach the wide market yet. Or it could be that it is simply not as popular on the market.

You can still do a review and hope that it is the first scenario. In that case, you will get a good chance of ranking high because the keyword difficulty is low. And if the product kicks in, and search volume increases in the future, you will get most of the traffic.

But the better option would be to compete for a product review keyword that has a higher search volume. At least 100 searches a month would be the minimum.

      I hope this helps.

I Published my first review 2023/02/17 and my 51st review on 2023/04/0 and still nothing. What can we do to help with getting traffic to sales?

    Reply
    • Hey Daniel, first of all, congratulations on taking the 90 days challenge seriously! I just read a few of your reviews. You are doing a great job!

Secondly, understand that Google’s algorithm is a bit slow when it comes to giving rankings to new sites in the first 3-6 months. It’s called a sandbox period and it basically means that Google doesn’t take new sites seriously right away. Here is what they say about it “It can take a bit of time for search engines to catch up with your content, and to learn to treat it appropriately. It’s one thing to have a fantastic website, but search engines generally need a bit more to be able to confirm that, and to rank your site β€” your content β€” appropriately.”

So my advice is to keep on publishing helpful reviews on your site. Once Google picks up your content, your reviews will start ranking. And once this happens, all your work during the first 3-6 months will be rewarded in the next period. So the more you publish during this initial sandbox period, the better results you can expect during the next 3-6 months. That’s why I challenged you with the 90-day challenge.

I hope this helps. Once again, you are doing a great job! Keep it up and don’t worry! Once traffic starts coming it’s going to come quickly and fast!

      Cheers,
      Ivan

Eventually, you can hire an SEO company to help you with your SEO. But for now, you are going to do great with what you have learned from the training here. Remember, the number one SEO factor is great content. Google is a content company and they reward sites with the best content with high rankings in search results. Focus on that and you’ll be fine.

  51. How do you recommend reviewing high end products – how do we acquire them to review? Even your coffee guy in video one would spend over $10000 to purchase the items he reviewed. Please advise.

    Reply
    • Hey Anthony, the detailed answer to your question can be found in Lessons 7, 8 and 9.

You don’t need to buy products to review them. In a nutshell, a great review consists of a few ingredients. But the main ingredient is thorough research. Most product reviews online are the result of detailed product research. And those best reviews, the ones that hold top positions in Google have done the best research and users find them the most helpful. The coffee guy in the video doesn’t buy the machines. He rent’s them. And he’s so far the only one I’ve seen doing that. Everyone else is just doing the research.

Of course, sometimes, it is beneficial to purchase the product that you are going to review but it is not mandatory. You can still write an honest review if you honestly do the product research and share your honest opinion in your review.

      I hope this helps.

Before I dive in this course, I have something to ask. So the most important thing is that we need to write reviews for the products we are passionate about. In terms of writing, it then requires a very high level of English. But English is actually not my mother tongue, is it still possible for me to do this business or there’s a way to write a good review even you are not native English speaker?

    Cheers,
    Nansheng

    Reply
    • Hey Nensheng, welcome to the course, by the way!

First of all, if you haven’t told me that English is not your mother tongue, I wouldn’t have noticed it. What I want to say is that your English is GREAT and no, you don’t need to have a high level of English to become successful in this business. I’m from Europe and English is the second language I’m doing just fine just like millions of affiliates from all over the world!

What’s great about this method is that your English will improve even further as you get more and more proficient at writing reviews in English. Moreover, it’s much more fun to do it in English than in your mother tongue. At least that was my experience πŸ™‚ and I have a feeling that you will have the same experience as me!

      Cheers,

  59. Hi when i put in review in the title and look for key words it goes to 10 per month but if i leave out review in text it goes up a lot with the keyword research for one example:
Razer Blade Laptop: 24 (KD) 2.3K per month search
Razer Blade Laptop Review 37 (KD) 30 per month search
    KD = keyword Difficulty
so i don’t know what to do ???
    best regards
    Matt

    Reply
    • Hey Matt, that’s a good thing because you can get ranked for both keywords, “Razer Blade Laptop” and “Razer Blade Laptop Review”. So essentially, your review can show up on the first page of Google when someone just searches for a Razer Blade Laptop to learn more without typing in the review! And you can get some of those 2.3K people who are interested in this laptop to land on your page and perhaps purchase it through your affiliate links.

This is a great situation. Don’t worry about it and just follow the instructions from the course to learn how to research and write a high-quality review. And if you will be having any questions down the road, just let me know!

Do you need a separate domain name and website / hosting for each product / niche that you are reviewing for Amazon?
eg. 100 different products / niches therefore 100 different domain names and website hosting?

    Reply
    • Hey Leo, the rule is one niche per website. You can review 1000 products in one niche on one website. You can also mix similar niches on one website. For example, if you decide to start with golf club reviews, and you run out of golf clubs to review, you can keep on going with golf balls reviews. Simply create a new category and you are set.

I hope this answers your questions.

    • Hey Khairudin, your page is blank when you try to preview the content because of the A2 Optimized plugin. What you can do is save your post as a draft, or if it is published, just save changes and then click on the “Clear Cache” link in the top bar inside WordPress. Your preview should work now. What should I do?

    • Hey Wanjiru,

If you can’t see your site there, it might be the case that you didn’t select the WordPress A2 Optimized installation when installing your site. It could be that you have selected a plain WordPress. My best advice is to contact A2 Hosting support, submit a ticket and ask them to locate your admin login.

Also some cameras do not have the price on the first page but only on the product page, no ranking & some have FBA Sellers, can i promote them?

    • Hey Khairudin,

You can update to a Basic Plan to get more searches. That’s how the free trial works. You get some for free, but if you want more, you have to upgrade.

As far as I’m aware, you can promote any product on Amazon. FBA sellers might not be the best option, but you can promote them still.

          2. Not even close! It’s just warming up! To be honest, I wouldn’t be doing it if it were a bygone industry. The reason why you may have heard so is that people who do other types of online businesses (dropshipping, etc.) may have said so just to convert you to their business model. But the truth is that there is a lot of opportunity in e-commerce in general!

  68. Ivan hate to be so specific, but question about your affiliate website using WP and the Generate Press theme…

So as you know WP by default sets the site as “most current blog posts”. I watched video #3 and I dont see where you mention that? You have a side widget on the home page, but what do you do with the home page settings? Static or current posts? I looked at some of the other Coffee sites and they have a product gallery it seems, rather than a current posts home page?

Also one of the sites you show is now not available? The coffee maven site or something?

    Reply
    • Hey Chris,

By default, GeneratePress is set to show the blog roll as the home page. In other words, it is set to current posts by default and you should leave it as is. That’s why I didn’t mention that. Also, I didn’t mention that in the lesson because I don’t think it is important for the context of the course. The course is about creating product reviews, ranking them on Google and earning income with affiliate marketing, not web design, home page design, etc. I hope this makes sense. I will be, however, creating some advanced lessons covering multiple areas, including home page design later this year bear with me here.

By the way, the site TheCoffeeMeaven.com is available. Maybe it was temporarily down while you were checking it out. I just came back from it and it works fine.

I will be creating an advanced video training in the next few weeks about the topic of Google Ads and how to use them to get fast sales with your affiliate site. But keep in mind that this is a costly method and it’s not going to yield instant results.

That said, I hate to burst your bubble, but this is not a business of getting rich quickly. Why don’t you take my advice from Lesson 14 and focus on creating product reviews until you start getting free traffic and organic sales? It is a bit longer road, but definitely more rewarding.

I have gone through all courses you have sent and will be starting to implement your course soon. I have several questions that I hope you can answer. This is all new to me so please bear with me.

Is it beneficial to attain an EIN with business name prior to beginning?

Do you or the company you have chosen for preparing the Website get a percentage or commission of products from the website that you help us build?

I assume that we will get a 1099 for taxes at end of year?

You show how to build the first part of the Website with 1 product, do you help us add more products to the same website for the same niche as shown on the sample used “The Coffee Maven”?

What else will we need to learn, and will there be a fee?

You mentioned to stay away from health and fitness, but this is something I am passionate about. Would you still recommend me to stay away from this niche?

Of course, I am very interested and am thankful for showing me all this information thus far. And hope to continue learning from you.

    Sincerely,
    Rube

    Reply
    • Hey Rube,

      You’re welcome.

You don’t need EIN or a business entity to start with affiliate marketing. You can start as a private person and then if things go very well for you, you can start a company.

The hosting company pays me a commission for each website we build through my program.

I’m in the EU and I have actually registered my own company so I have a team who takes care of taxes for me. But yes, even as a private person (affiliate) you will have to submit your affiliate earnings in your tax application every year by following your country’s tax laws.

I show you how to write a single review during the course. In the last lesson (14) I instruct you to rinse and repeat the process. This means that you should keep on writing reviews just like “The Coffee Maven” using the same blueprint learned during the course.

You will learn how to choose your niche, build your affiliate site, find low-competition and high-volume products, write your own reviews, join the Amazon affiliate program, submit your site to Google Search Console, and more. As for the fees, you need $50 a year for website hosting and domain name and $49 a month for a keyword research tool.

Unfortunately, yes. I would recommend staying away from this niche. The reason is that Google is STRICT when it comes to allowing just about anyone to influence people in health niches and financial niches. Only medical and financial professionals are allowed. Hobbyists like you and I will have a tough time succeeding in these niches. It is not impossible, but it is super hard.

      I hope this helps πŸ™‚

      Ivan

    • Hey Sandra, that is actually beyond me. It has to do something with hosting. I have experienced the same issue 100 times before and with different hosting providers. 74. Hi Ivan, I have created my logo using Canva, but it looks very small in the centre, unlike your example big & at the top left corner. The recommended size is 70 X 70 pixel but in Canva is 512 X 512 pixel. I am using a free version therefore I could not change the pixel during download.

    Reply
    • Hey Khairudin,

First, congratulations on taking action and building your website! I like to logo and the website name VERY MUCH. Great job.

Secondly, I recommend a logo size of 350px x 70px, which is the reason why my logo in the video is bigger. This size is recommended by WordPress actually as well. Don’t mind what Canva recommends. You can start a new design using the correct measurements this time (350px x 70px).

Lastly, I see that you are using a different theme, which is why your logo is centred and not on the left side like in my videos. I use and recommend the GeneratePress theme in my training. It’s one of the best free themes available today. If you use this theme, your logo will be on the left side. Not only that, but you are making sure that your site runs smoothly in the future. But if you would like to keep a current theme, you can probably change the position of your logo in the theme customizer. Go to WordPressDashboard–>Appearance–>Customize and from there, find where you can change the position of your logo. Each theme is different so I can’t actually give you advice as to where these features are because I don’t use that theme.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you need a hand with anything or have more questions!

The other problem, I can not do it for the featured pictures, which are the first visible picture from the category on the website. What would you suggest for this? Writing to every company to get permission for an image if the product is between 80 and 300 Dollars is a lot of work. Thank you for your suggestions.

The problem with SiteStripe is that you can’t adjust the size of the image. But you can with the AMZImage plugin. I use it and it works great on my Amazon sites. Why would I go to each product’s website if I can do it at Amazon? Maybe because my product is (unfortunately) not a high ticket? To create your logo with Canva, go to Canva.com and click on the “Create a design” button in the top right corner of the screen. Then, click on the “Custom size” icon from the dropdown menu. Here you need to set the height and width of your logo. Recommended dimensions are 350px (width) by 70px (height). Type the dimensions in two boxes and click on the “Create new design” button to open a Canva editor and start designing your logo.

I hope this works. I just checked the Canva website and all the buttons and links and in place. Make sure that you are using a desktop PC or a laptop.

Choose the server location based in the location of your future users. If your site is going to be in English then you can expect most of the traffic to come from the US. Therefore, pick either Michigan or Arizona. I hope this answers your question.

Let me know if you need more assistance before you move forward with the training.

Is there a way to copy a post/review layout in stead of having to re-generate everything (headers, text boxes, etc)?

    Reply
    • Hey Caroline, you can create a template post with all the headers, text boxes, etc. Don’t publish it. Just save it as a draft. Then, every time you want to do a new review/post, simply copy everything from the drafted template and paste it into your current post.

      I hope this helps.

    • Hey Gavin, you should choose a server address closest to your future visitors. So if your site is going to be in English, you can expect over 50% of traffic to come from the US. Therefore, pick a US location (Michigan or Arizona). I hope this solves it for you!

  87. Hi Ivan, I was wondering if I should put like a disclaimer somewhere on whether I have actually bought and used a product or not.

    Reply
    • Hey David, you can put some sort of disclaimer in your review that says something like:

“Any products that feature in a product review and are recommended for use by (YOUR SITE) have either been thoroughly researched with many people’s opinions aggregated into the overall review or have been physically tested by ourselves. In every case, they are products that have been deemed suitable for use. But this is only our personal and not professional opinion. Under no circumstances and in no event or case will (YOUR SITE) be held liable or accept responsibility for any losses, damage or injury that may occur from the use of any product appearing in a product review and that is recommended by us.”

You can add it to your affiliate disclosure page, or at the beginning or the bottom of every single post you publish on your site.

  88. Hi Ivan,
I love your course and think it is incredibly practical and helpful. You explain things in a very straight forward way and I really appreciate you. I have used the kefinder to look up specific models in my chosen niche and the number of searches is huge, like 2500 and more but the competition is mostly yellow or sometimes orange. The cheaper models and newer brands are occasionally green with some competition in the top 10 green. The circle is usually yellow and has numbers like 34. Is this niche (robot vacuum cleaners) too inaccessible? should I focus on the cheaper models more or just try to 100 done anyway because the market is so huge even though I probably can’t rank super high? I really want to do this niche. I figure to cover the niche I have to include models that have high competition.

    Reply
    • Hey Emily, I understand your dilemma. If you really want to go with this niche, and there are some products in green (still easy to rank for), then start with those low-competition products first. Then, as your site gains some authority, you can start reviewing medium to high-competition products too.

For now, I only recommend Google free traffic. It’s the most efficient way to get free targeted visitors to your website and affiliate links. Paid methods could cost a lot of money right from the start so I’m not going to include them in the training yet.

My advice to you now is to stick to the 90-day Super Affiliate Challenge. This is a sure way to start generating free clicks and sales. Trust me!

Thanks for the free training. It’s great and really easy to use. I’ve decided not to do an amazon review site as my first site, as I know it takes time to build traffic and previously I lost my Amazon affiliate account through no sales within 6 months.

I was wondering if we need to fill in any details for Yoast before publishing a post as it seems not to have been covered.

    Many thanks πŸ™‚

    • Hey Darren, thanks for the update. I’m pretty sure you could hit the 3 sales in 6 months with this system. You can start a new site, use a new email to apply to Amazon Affiliate again, and do it this time. But anyway, you can fill in details for Yoast, but it is not the main focus because I cover on-page optimization in Lesson 12.

  91. Hey Ivan,

What’s the minimum recommended word count as per Google requirement in order to rank a review? (Writing is not my strength, so I need to pay for it. They charge per word and quality work) Thnx

    Reply
    • Hey Eli, there is not a minimum word count set in stone, not by Google or anyone else. According to research though, top-ranking content is about 2000 words long. But don’t aim for the word count as that is not the main ranking factor. The main ranking factor is quality content. I know you said writing is your not strength, but I would advise writing researching and writing a few quality reviews on your own first before you start paying others.

      Reply
      • Thnx Ivan. I think I need to educate myself on what a “quality writing” is, and how to accomplish that πŸ™‚

Another thing is that I rather search on YouTube to watch videos reviewing items that I’m looking for to purchase. That’s what I have done for years -I’m kind of a visual (movements) and auditory person. Watching videos is faster and easier than reading long articles. I also understand that nowadays that’s what most people prefer: Videos.

However, I also see now that there is potential for long articles for a “reading demographic” (which it seems is a small demographic). Yet, I’m intrigued by the concept of writing reviews posts to rank, vs videos, hence, the reason why I’m here πŸ™‚

I have another question I cannot find a straight answer in Google. I know you teach using WP blog pages to post reviews. By any change, do you know if instead of using WP blog pages, if a webpage will rank the same as WP blog pages regarding posting reviews?

        Thnx Ivan

        Reply
        • Hey Eli, thanks for reaching out. You can accomplish “quality writing” through a lot of practice. That’s the only way 😊

Regarding your question, sorry, but I don’t understand what you are trying to ask here. Could you rephrase the question or be more specific?

  93. I have a question: I’d like to know how I can make honest reviews of the product if I haven’t used it myself? I’m confused. What am I missing?

    Reply
    • Hey Reginald, the detailed answer to your question can be found in Lessons 7, 8 and 9.

In a nutshell, a great review consists of a few ingredients. But the main ingredient is thorough research. Most product reviews online are the result of detailed product research. And those best reviews, the ones that hold top positions in google have done the best research and users find them the most helpful.

Of course, sometimes, it is beneficial to purchase the product that you are going to review but it is not mandatory. You can still write an honest review if you honestly do the product research and share your honest opinion in your review.

      I hope this helps.

My question is, how do I write reviews? How do I get information on the features of the products I pick?

    – Wanjiru

    Reply
    • Hey Wanjiru, you’re welcome! I’m glad to hear that you are enjoying the process.

You will get detailed information on that in Lessons 7, 8 and 9. In a nutshell, there are a few places where you can find product info such as Amazon, the manufacturer’s website, other people’s reviews, YouTube videos, etc.

Then, once you are done with research, you simply describe and review the product in your own words by saying the things already known about the product such as features, or dimensions and then, you share your own unique perspective on the product as well, pros and cons too.

Your review doesn’t have to be super-long, but it has to be informative, insightful and helpful to your readers, and you’ll take care of that part by doing the product research thoroughly. Once again, Lessons 7, 8 and 9 contain all the info!

I hope this makes sense. Let me know if you have more questions.

Once you are happy with the work, just hit publish and head over to the next one. A quick question for you. I have decided on 2 products to start and not sure which one to go with 1st. They are: E-Bikes or Golf clubs? Maybe a stupid question but, I’m wondering your opinion.
    Thank you,
    Sam

    Reply
    • Hey Sam, both niches are a good choice. The golf clubs category might have more products in total on Amazon so it could lead to more reviews, rankings, traffic and sales. E-Bikes are quite expensive, which is good, but there aren’t too many models available on Amazon as far as I can see.

I just want to mention that you should go with one niche per website. So if you are going to pick Golf clubs, for example, you should review only Golf clubs on that site. Additionally, if you want to scale in the later stage of your website’s development, you can and should scale only with other golf-related products such as balls, shoes, etc. But don’t mix two unrelated niches on your site. One nice per site.

I hope that makes sense. Let me know your thoughts!

Since my course here is geared toward promoting Amazon affiliate marketing (promoting physical products), you will have a hard time fit relationships niche into Amazon. However, you can leverage the same blueprint to promote digital products in this niche from other marketplaces like ClickBank for example.

On the other hand, if you would like to promote physical products just like I show in my training, you should better choose a niche like pers, beverages, electronics, etc.

    • Hey Dawn, as I said to Marlies earlier…

You should join Amazon based on the location of your users. So if most of your visitors are going to be coming from the US (if your site is going to be in English that you can expect over 70% of traffic from the US), then, you should join Amazon.com and send your users to products on Amazon’s website.

On the other hand, if you want, you can use OneLink universal Amazon links in your reviews. In this case, you put a normal .com link in your review and once someone from Canada, for example, clicks on it, they will be redirected to Amazon CA. Here is a step-by-step (read the first two answers).

On the other hand, if you want, you can use OneLink universal Amazon links in your reviews. In this case, you put a normal .com link in your review and once someone from South Africa, for example, clicks on it, they will be redirected to Amazon SA. Here is a step-by-step (read the first two answers).

      Cheers,
      Ivan

  117. Hey Ivan I have watched all of your videos and honestly I appreciate the fact you spent your time explaining everything and going in a slow manner pace

but in the past I have invested money in diffrent bussniss ideas and not seeing any result who’s to say that if I started to invest in this type of module I’ll fail and not see any result can you show me definitive proof that it could work

    • Hey Imran, thanks for watching my videos! To be honest, the only person who is responsible for your own results is you. Therefore, if you do the work and invest in this program, the results will follow. Likewise, if you just dive into this system, there will be no results. The blueprint laid out in this course works! Just work on it and be patient. My website and my blog section is the proof that it works!

  118. Hi Ivan,

Do you recommend using a business bank account with Amazon Associates, or would just a typical bank savings/checking account that is SEPERATE from your personal funds suffice?

Also, can you use any email address when signing up for Amazon Associates, such as a Gmail, or does it need to be a professional business email address?

Thank you in advance, you have been so helpful.

    • Hey Ryan, I hope you are doing well.

You can use any bank account with Amazon Associates. If you have a business account and would like to funnel your earnings into your business account, you can use it without any problems. If not, a personal account is enough.

You can use any email address (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) when signing up for Amazon Associates.

I hope this helps. Let me know if there is anything else I could help you with!

      Cheers,
      Ivan

  119. Hi Ivan
How do I find a niche that doesn’t have a lot of competion that should start earning me money sooner rather than later?

    Thanks

    Reply
    • Hey Paul, the fact is, all niches have lots of competition and it’s become nearly impossible to find a niche that has little to no competition unless is a brand new thing going on.

You should follow the instructions from Lesson 2 to learn how to narrow your niche to a specific category of products or a micro-niche. These micro-niches usually have the lowest number of competing sites and if you follow the rest of the training, you will discover that there aren’t too many review sites in these niches and that is your chance!

  120. Thanks Ivan and really enjoyed watching your first video on affiliate marketing. Your enthusiasm has certainly got my attention now and am looking forward to learning more. Am I able to set everything up via a smart phone or would I need a laptop?

    • Hey Paul, you’re welcome, and thanks for joining my training! I’m glad to hear that you like everything so far πŸ™‚

I recommend using a laptop or a PC to set everything up. You can watch the lessons on a smartphone but implementing is going to be hard so the laptop is an ideal tool for building your online business.

Once again, welcome to the course and do let me know if you need help!

      • Thanks for your reply and shall purchase a laptop this week.
Do you have an email I can contact you on?
How soon once my affiliate website is complete can I expect earning money?
Thanks again and have a great day.

        • You can contact me by sending an email to ivan@freeaffiliatemarketingbusiness.com

Once your website is complete, the real work starts! It may take a few months after that to start earning. That’s why I have included a 90-day challenge as the last lesson to help you get results as fast as possible.

Building your affiliate site is an ongoing process, so don’t chase the money. Rather, focus on applying the instructions from this training, and the money will follow you!

A few months from now, you might find yourself in a situation where you earn a few commissions a month on regular basis. After 12 months, you could be earning consistent commissions every day.

Affiliate marketing is a real business so my advice is to treat it like that. The GOAL is to create helpful content consistently and the results will follow.

    • Hey Diana, I didn’t mention anything about tags on purpose πŸ™‚

Here is the deal… Each post can contain multiple tags and visitors can click on a tag to find similar posts that have that same tag. Unlike WordPress categories, tags are completely optional. That is, you’re free to add WordPress tags to your post, but you can also publish a post without tags.

      The choice is yours!

  121. Hi Ivan.

Was going through your course, but when I returned today and the videos have changed. Is there any chance of me getting access to the course I was following? I was going through module 6.

    Thank You.

  122. Hi Ivan, thank you so much for your training! I am in Launchyou.com since October 22, and It looks like I found an answer from you to all my questions and thoughts. When I click on your link to launch the website, it says – oops this website can not be found. I do like to support your tools. What must I do now? Could it be, because I am in Arica (IP-Address)?
    Thank you for your help,

    • Hey Marlies, you’re welcome, and thanks for your support! I’m looking forward to helping you start your own affiliate business online.

The reason why you saw that page was my own fault. I used an invalid link πŸ™‚ It’s not because you’re in Africa. A2 works anywhere in the world.

Once again, thanks for your support! I’m in your corner if you need any help with getting started.

  123. Hi Ivan
Every thing seemed to be going well with me till towards the end of module 3 lesson 3 that have stalled. When I click on pages to start customising it is opening but not showing the default blank page on my site. Also the wordpress admin generated password is not not working.

  125. PLEASE PLEASE help me!! I DON’T want to give up, I was determined that this was going to work. But I don’t want to give up. A2hosting is working (again) to get my site back up. It keeps disappearing. Once they get it back up, can you help me with the google console verification? I’ve been stuck there for 2 days. Any help would be appreciated.

    • Hey Michelle, thanks for getting in touch. No need to give up. I saw your website and it’s working now. I will be happy to help you with GSC verification. However, I don’t see your website in my A2 hosting panel. When did you purchase your domain and hosting? And did you do it through this training or someplace else?

    • Hey Jody, I hope you’re doing well.

The course is free. But you need to invest in tools. There are two options:

Option 1 – You can do everything yourself, write your own content, etc and only spend money on the cost of hosting your website: ~$10/month

Option 2 – You can scale faster with email marketing tools, SEO tools, content creation tools, backlink service, etc. ~$100 – $600/month

      I hope this helps!

      Cheers,
      Ivan

        • You’re welcome, Jonas! I show how to create an affiliate website throughout this entire course. I start with Amazon Affiliate, but you can affiliate with eBay, ClickBank, ShareASale, and many other companies out there! I recommend you start with Lesson 1 and simply keep on taking action to learn how it all works and to set up your own affiliate website. And if you will need any help, just reach out to me!
