If you’re wondering whether Income School’s Project 24 is a legit online business training program, the short answer is, it is legitimate!
When you first come in contact with the course, you can feel that. Am I right?
And even when you dig in deeper, the feeling just grows and grows.

What Is Project 24?
Project 24 is an online training program created by the folks over at Income School.
The goal of the program is to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to build and run successful affiliate websites.
What’s cool about Project 24 is that it’s not just some run-of-the-mill course. It’s a 24-month program that’s broken down into two phases.
During the first phase, which lasts for the first 12 months, you’ll focus on building and growing your website.
This includes things like keyword research, content creation, and marketing strategies.
Once you’ve completed the first phase, you’ll move on to the second phase, which is all about scaling your website and turning it into a profitable business.
This involves more advanced strategies for driving traffic, monetizing your site, and creating new revenue streams.
Who Are Ricky Kesler and Jim Harmer?
Ricky Kesler and Jim Harmer are the brains behind Income School and Project 24, obviously.
Ricky has an engineering degree and an MBA under his belt. He used to work as an engineer at a manufacturing plant, but that job never fulfilled him.
He always knew that he wanted to run his own company. So, he eventually partnered with Jim to create Income School.
Before that, he worked in various positions, including marketing analyst, Project Manager, and Product Manager.
On the other hand, Jim wasn’t always successful. He was a struggling college graduate who used to stock shelves at a dollar store in 2009.
However, he had a passion for photography and decided to create his niche website – ImprovePhotography.com. That website became so successful that it generated more income than his job as an attorney.
Eventually, Jim teamed up with Ricky in 2015, and together they created Income School.
They share their tips and tricks about affiliate niche sites on their YouTube channel, but their proprietary process of creating successful sites that make passive income is only available in their course Project 24.
In 2021, Jim decided to exit the Income School team to focus on a separate business called Backfire.

But in Project 24, they teach you multiple strategies – from SEO to social media to email marketing – to attract an audience to your content.
And they don’t just tell you what to do – they give you specific action items and templates to follow.
But it’s not just about getting traffic – it’s about building a sustainable, long-term business.
Project 24 teaches you how to create evergreen content, meaning it will continue to drive traffic and revenue for years to come.
And they have a whole section on monetization, covering everything from ads to sponsorships to creating digital products.
What’s Inside Project 24 Course?
As I mentioned earlier in my Income School Project 24 review, there are two main paths or tracks you can choose from – The Blogging Course and The YouTube System.
These courses cover everything from niche selection to keyword research, SEO strategies, and monetization techniques.
The lessons themselves are delivered almost entirely in video format, with some additional text notes and timestamps for reference.
If you ever have any questions or want to connect with fellow members, you’ll gain access to the Project 24 private community when you join.
Their community is quite active. As far as I was able to see, you can find everything inside from member success stories to complaints.
As a member of Project 24, you’ll also receive two exclusive member-only podcasts – one for Blogging and one for YouTube – each with three episodes per month.
These podcasts are packed with even more tips and insights from the experts at Income School.
And if you’re looking for even more support and guidance, you’ll love the regular Live Masterminds.
These live events take place several times per month and cover a variety of topics, from Q&A sessions with industry experts to content idea workshops and more.
But the perks don’t stop there. As a Project 24 member, you’ll also receive a premium WordPress theme, Acabado, created by Income School.
This theme is typically sold for $67 per year, but Project 24 members get it for free.
And if you’re looking for even more resources to help you grow your online presence, the Download Center is the place to be. Here you’ll find a custom-built monetization plugin for WordPress, content templates, helpful spreadsheets, and so much more.
Finally, the My Story Page is where you’ll track your progress and success with your blog or YouTube channel.
This tool allows you to log your income and views to ensure you’re on track with your goals.
Overall, there is a lot of value in Project 24. Now, to the big question. Is this going to cost you an arm and leg?
How Much Does Project 24 Cost?
The initial cost for Project 24 is $449 for the first year, which includes access to all of their incredible training materials and resources. After that, it’s $249 per year.
If you stick with the course for the full 24 months, you’ll spend a total of $698.
But, it’s important to note that there are additional expenses beyond the initial cost of the course.
If you’re following the P24 Blogging System, you’ll need to purchase a domain and hosting, which will cost you less than $100 per year.
However, if you want to follow the P24 YouTube System, you’ll need to spend a bit more.
The “Starter Gear Setup” on their website recommends budget-friendly options, but you’re still looking at around $400 in additional expenses, even if you use your existing smartphone camera.
Now, I know that may sound like a lot, but when you compare it to other blogging and YouTube courses, it’s very reasonable.
In my opinion, the cost of Project 24 is a small investment in yourself and your future. With the knowledge and skills you’ll gain from this training, the potential for earning an income through your blog or YouTube channel is limitless.
Does Project 24 Offer a Refund?
Unfortunatelly, according to their official refund policy page, Income School doesn’t offer refunds on Project 24 purchases.
They used to give full refunds to customers before. However, they changed this policy.
Here is why in their own words:
In the early days of Project 24, we did often give refunds when a member wasn’t fully satisfied.
However, we learned quickly that there were many people who were accessing Project 24, downloading the tools, watching the content, and even scouring the community for sensitive information shared by other Project 24 members, only to request a refund.
Because members of Project 24 gain the most value when they are open about their projects in the community, we just can’t allow that kind of behavior to happen. This policy protects Project 24 members by keeping out those people who would take advantage of others.

Who Is Project 24 Best For?
In my opinion, this course is perfect for those who are new to the world of online content creation and are feeling overwhelmed by all of the information out there.
Project 24 breaks everything down into easily digestible modules and provides step-by-step guidance on what you need to do from start to finish.
Another group of people who would benefit greatly from Project 24 are those who have been struggling with their blog or YouTube channel and just can’t seem to gain any traction.
The course provides in-depth information on how to choose the right niche, create high-quality content, and drive traffic to your website or channel.
Finally, I believe that Project 24 is best for those who are willing to put in the time and effort to see results.
This course isn’t a magic pill that will instantly make you a millionaire overnight. It’s a comprehensive guide that provides you with all the tools you need to succeed, but you have to be willing to put in the work.
But trust me, if you follow the Project 24 plan, your hard work will pay off in the long run.

I have to say that there are some negative reviews as well, but nothing worth mentioning here.
The negative comments were directed toward the pricing of the course, the additional investment needed for building the online business and the lack of results in some cases.
What I like the most is that the few who were unhappy were fully refunded by Income School staff although they say no refunds are being given under any circumstances.
That shows integrity.
Is Project 24 Worth It or Not?
So, I’ve been considering whether or not Project 24 is worth all the hype and investment that’s been swirling around it lately.
As someone who’s always looking for ways to monetize my passions, the idea of creating a sustainable online business that can support me long-term is enticing.
Plus, the roadmap and step-by-step guidance that Project 24 offers seem like they could be incredibly helpful in achieving that end goal.
But of course, the big questions still loom: is the investment worth it?
And just how much can I expect to gain from implementing the strategies laid out in Project 24?
To start with, it’s worth noting that Project 24 isn’t exactly cheap – signing up will set you back a few hundred dollars.
However, from what I’ve read and seen so far, it seems like the value and support you get from the creators and community members could make that investment well worth it in the long run.
For example, Project 24 offers a step-by-step approach to building a business from scratch, complete with video lessons, blog posts, and even podcasts to help explain important concepts and tactics in depth.
Beyond that, they also provide access to a lively and supportive community of fellow entrepreneurs who can offer feedback and advice along the way.
But beyond just the resources offered by Project 24 itself, there are also countless success stories out there from people who have gone through the program and seen concrete results.

I’m also aware that some reviews say that their course is obsolete, especially when it comes to Google SEO, and I want to address that concern in my review as well.
SEO is an everchanging industry and things that work today, might not work tomorrow.
But what I like is that Project 24 is focused on evergreen methods that could potentially work for years and years to come.
If you’re willing to put in the work and follow their guidance, there’s no reason you can’t achieve your version of online success.
It’s not my best affiliate marketing course, for sure, but it comes into the top five!
